Located in the upcoming northern district of Toul Sangke, the 32-storey development consists of 1,326 units, near the upcoming central business district (CBD), surrounded by a hub of educational institutions, entertainment centers, proximity to civil institutions, shopping malls such as Japan’s Aeon Mall 2.
Project as designed for commercial purpose, the client has garnered an attractive return on investment (ROI) and internal rate of return (IRR) from an ideal GFA to plot ratio.
In 2015 to 2016, the project was the second largest development overall, and largest private development at $250 million U.S dollars.
The project’s location is also on top of the priority list for infrastructure development under the Cambodian Government’s Urban Development plans termed Phnom Penh Land Use for 2035.
