Heartland66 is located on Jinghan Avenue, in the bustling Qiaokou District. The Architecture design adopts a concept of ‘infinity loop’ as an association with the Chinese art of knot tie. The interwoven knots are usually tied with a jade ornament, symbolizing blessing and wealth.
With access to light rail and mass transit railway accessibility, Heartland 66, is a mixed-use development which comprises a world-class shopping mall, Grade-A office tower and serviced apartments. ARTEC is tasked with the residential serviced apartments public area component.
The prime location of the project, and at over 300 meters tall, is connected to the shopping mall and a winter garden, enjoying views over the adjacent park towards the confluence of the Han River.
Heartland Residences in Wuhan is the inaugural Hang Lung Residences project, the premium serviced residences brand of Hang Lung in mainland China, setting a new benchmark for urban living through quality design, prime location and connectivity, and an unparalleled pivot on owner experience.
Taking in cues from the architecture, with distinct motifs, inspired by Chinese symbolism and arts, whilst taking a contemporary interpretation and physical manifestation.
The project comprises three towers with total gross floor area of around 130,000 sqm, offering 492 units and approximately 580 carpark lots.
The clubhouse occupies three floors, totaling around 5,000 sqm of space designed to accommodate the needs of the most discerning residents.
