Investment resort by clients in Yallingup beach, due to the location’s prestine natural resources; Canal Rocks, Ngilgi Cave, Aravina Vineyard and Yallingup beach itself.

The design capitalized on the panoramic visions offered by the relatively flat Western Australian terrain,

by using strong vertical and horizontal forms to draw in the spectacular views.

Floating cantilevers and balconies dominate, with strategic eaves utilized to deflect and shield the intense summer sun during peak season from November to January.

Due to the project’s remote location; materials were selected on local availability and ease of transportation and workability on-site.
